Verdicts. Scores. Rankings. Which gear gets recommended and which gets warned against. Reviews are written from the research first; affiliate links are added afterward, where they’re useful to readers. Gear that scored badly keeps its bad score even when a link to it would earn a commission.
Brand samples
When a manufacturer provides a product for free, the review discloses it. Brands never see reviews before publication and cannot pay to change one.
